"Egress $/GB" is the first-tier per-GB rate for internet egress (cheapest region) — the commonly-quoted sticker; "1TB/mo" is the cost of sending 1 TB at that rate. OCI/Vultr/Linode include a large free monthly allowance (10 TB / 2 TB / plan-included) and the figure shown is the post-allowance overage rate, so real egress within the allowance can be $0. Normalized to CNY (1 USD = 6.7191 CNY).
